Use these corona times to learn a new program that will streamline your research! With Tropy, sorting of diverse archival material gets simpler and faster which gives you more time for reading and interpretation. We'll help get you started.

Tropy is a software program that is tailor-made for historical research. With Tropy it is possible to:
- group photos into individual coherent documents
- tag photos and make collections according to a theme
- to annotate or transcribe documents, pictures, collections, and provide necessary metadata
- make full-text searches in your collections
- export your archives to others through software such as JSON-LD and Omeka S.

1. Register here so we know you're coming! We'll send out a Zoom link the day before the workshop to those who have registered. Ignore dietary preferences.
2. Download Tropy here beforehand so that you can follow along during the workshop. No previous knowledge or experience is needed.
3. Join the Zoom link on April 24th!
