Jacob Villum Clausen - New PhD at the Department of Archeaology and Heritage Studies

Jacob is enrolled as PhD at CAS from 1 February. He will be working on a project analysing what impact the green transition will have on the cultural heritage sites in Danish forests.

Jacob has a master's in Prehistoric Archaeology from University of Copenhagen (2017). The last couple of years he has been working at the Museum of Copenhagen. Jacob also has an education as a journalist from 2008. 

The next three years Jacob will work on his PhD, analysing what impact the green transition will have on the cultural heritage sites in Danish forests – regarding climate change and what we do to mitigate those changes. His supervisor will be David Harvey.
