China Time Rethinking - Cultural Encounters
The conference theme “China Time – Rethinking Cultural Encounters” asks the participants to rethink cultural encounters with China based on the widespread notion that China’s time is coming due to the country’s rapid rise. This rapid rise has changed world-wide perceptions of China as well as China’s perception of the world, thereby setting the scene for a new understanding of cross-cultural encounters.
