Seminar

In May of 2024 the FOCUS group held a seminar at Moesgaard in Aarhus Denmark, aimed at exploring what it takes to change eating and cooking habbits. The seminar had keynotes from Emily Yates Doerr and Claude Fischler, as well as a series of sessions. Click here to read more
