In cooperation with NAU (Nordic Research at Aarhus University), we are excited to welcome Lily Kelting to Aarhus University, this fall. Lily is an assistant professor of Literary and Cultural Studies at Flame University, Pune, India. She will join us for a guest lecture on Indian food heritage and the New Nordic cuisine. She works with a feminist perspective and decolonial critiques and are interested in conversation and discussion on her current work about the rhetorics of the New Nordic Cuisine.
