In FOCUS we love food and food lovers, and we love to examine and investigate what food culture is, and how food has relevance and meaning to us as human beings.

For this reason, we have invited some of the interesting people in the FOCUS network to answer six short questions about their perception of food culture and their work with this subject.

Amongst other things, we ask them to give their opinion on where the studies of food culture should go in the future, and as true ‘foodies’ we of course ask them about their favorite dish and their most exciting experience with food(culture).
