MIGSOSU

  • From migrant to SOSU Aspirant
  • Welfare innovation through action research on attraction and retention of SOSU staff with migrant background

A research collaboration between anthropologists and software developers is going to contribute to the attraction and retention of migrants in the SOSU profession, because precisely this target group can meet the increasing labour demand, especially in elderly care. Already today, there is a lack of applicants for the vacant jobs. The Innovation Fund has invested 6.1 million DKK in the project.

The project is a collaboration between Moesgaard Anthropological Research and Analysis (MANTRA), the Department of Anthropology at Aarhus University and the Alexandra Institute
