ROBOPHILOSOPHY LAB

The Robophilosophy Lab explores the profound relationship between humans, robots, and artificial intelligence. Situated at the intersection of philosophy, robotics, cognitive science, and human-computer interaction, our research investigates how intelligent technologies are transforming human life, society, and our understanding of ourselves.

We study the ethical, social, cognitive, and existential dimensions of emerging technologies, seeking to understand not only how robots and AI can be designed and deployed responsibly, but also what these technologies reveal about human intelligence, agency, trust, creativity, and wellbeing. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we bring together researchers from engineering, philosophy, psychology, social sciences, and design to address some of the most important challenges of the digital age.

Our work spans human-robot interaction, social robotics, AI ethics, explainable and trustworthy AI, digital wellbeing, assistive technologies, and the philosophy of technology. By combining theoretical inquiry with experimental research and real-world applications, we aim to create technologies that are innovative, human-centered, and socially beneficial.
