We are looking forward to receiving your submissions to RP2022!
The Proceedings of this conference will appear in the series Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence and Applications with IOS Press, Amsterdam. The Proceedings will be prepared before the conference and finalized shortly after. The deadline for submissions to the Proceedings is October 1, 2022. In order to be able to submit to the Proceedings authors need to be (i) registered at the conference and (ii) have given an oral presentation of the paper at the conference (exemptions from (ii) due to illness or other impeding circumstances are possible).

We invite extended abstracts with references (min. 1000 words, max. 2000 words, excluding references) for short research papers of up to 10 pages (corresponding to approximately 4000-5000 words) to be published in the Proceedings, and orally presented in a 20 minutes "session talk" at the conference. At this point, it suffices to submit an abstract. The authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit the full papers later.
Deadline: February 28, 2022. We recommend (but at this stage do not require) using the formatting template of the IOS Proceedings (for down load here). See here for additional examples on formatting references.
We invite proposals for workshops and panels (1000-3000 words), with three sections that describe:
Workshops and panels can be scheduled for 90-180 minute slots, depending on the proposal and on availability of slots in the final program. Panels should preferably take only 90 minute slots. Workshops and panels should address conference topics in the Call.
Deadline: February 15, 2022; We recommend (but at this stage do not require) using the formatting template of the IOS Proceedings (for down load here). See here for additional examples on formatting references.
Accepted descriptions of Workshops and Panels will be published in the Proceedings after the conference. Workshop speakers can, but do not need to, submit a short research paper (see above) to the Proceedings.
We invite abstracts (1000 words) for posters and for art installations or performances.
Deadline: February 15, 2022 for abstracts of Art Installations/Performances, February 28, 2022 for abstracts of Posters. We recommend (but at this stage do not require) using the formatting template of the IOS Proceedings (for down load here). See here for additional examples on formatting references.
Accepted proposals for Posters will be published in the Proceedings after the conference, proposals for Art Installations/Performances can be included in the Proceedings.
All submitted abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review by 2-3 reviewers, who send their recommendations to the Program Committee, who then decides on final acceptance for presentation.
Submissions of penultimate versions of short research papers (deadline June 15) will undergo a second double blind peer review (in certain cases only an editorial review will be performed). Your paper (workshop description etc.) should be checked for grammar and style by a native speaker and in full compliance with the formatting template.
