The conference will be organized as an on-site event, and we expect all presenters of research contributions to deliver these in person. However, to reduce the climate footprint of the conference, presenters from overseas may present remotely. All plenaries will be streamed and most session talks, so remote participation as (registration as 'listener) is possible.
Conference feees cover a reception, coffee and lunch for all conference days, as well as a price reduction on the ebook version of the Conference Proceedings, availabler after the conference. (Researchers presenting at the conference must pay conference fees but receive the ebook version of the Proceedings for free).
Note that all presenters will have to register by July 1. The late and onsite registration options are available only for non-presenting participants. The registration link will open in December 2023.
