Young people's food practices in the context of the green transition

  • Studies with R&D potential

A collaborative project between MANTRA (Moesgaard Anthropological Research and Analysis), FOCUS (Centre for Food Culture Studies) and Northern Greens aims to promote the green transition in food culture. Drawing on anthropological studies of young people’s everyday lives, food practices and taste preferences, plant-based meal solutions are being developed that fit into busy, changing daily routines. These anthropological insights provide knowledge of young people’s lives and needs that can support the development of relevant and attractive products. The project is carried out in collaboration with Organic Plant Protein, Restaurant MOTA and MAUDE and is supported by the Plant-Based Foods Foundation.
