Rare find: 1,500-year-old Roman bronze vessels found in Schleswig

A rare find of Roman bronze vessels, made by a detector operator in the project "Veterans in Archaeology", has been taken out of the ground in Schleswig. The find may shed new light on the connections between the Nordic countries and the Roman Empire and suggests that the area played an important role earlier than previously documented.
