‘68’ COUNTERCULTURE affected the production, consumption and content of children’s media in many parts of the world. However, the ways in which these changes specifically played out and their lasting impact were very different.

This seminar brings together experts in children’ media history to explore the relationship between what Arthur Marwick has called the ‘long ‘68’ and changes in children’s media culture in different parts of the world.
