Not only is the international order dissolving, but within liberal democracies themselves, authoritarian forces are gaining influence. Is the age of democracy and globalization truly coming to an end — and what might follow? How can we create security, both externally and internally, in such an uncertain world?
In this presentation, Dr. Robert Habeck looks beyond Europe’s borders to better understand Europe from the outside, developing his own ideas for a democratic approach to security policy.
