Michael Au-Mullaney - visiting PhD student at the Department of Theology
Michael Au-Mullaney will be a visiting PhD student for the academic year 2024-2025.
My name is Michael Au-Mullaney and I'm a PhD Candidate in Philosophy at Fordham University in New York City. I will be a visiting PhD student for the academic year 2024-2025. I am currently working on my dissertation, which offers close readings of some of the works of Søren Kierkegaard and K.E. Løgstrup in order to investigate two related questions about the concept of neighbor-love: First, what would be the appropriate reasons for neighbor-love? And second, what would be the characteristic desires of someone who experiences neighbor-love for her neighbor? My partner and my children are here with me for the first couple of months, and would be delighted to socialize with you all as appropriate. I am grateful to be here, and I look forward to meeting many of you, and to working and learning with you. Please feel free to reach out to me via email, if you would like to connect: maumullaney@fordham.edu
P.S. Jeg lærer også dansk. Jeg er altid taknemmelig for træning, hvornår man har tålmodighed at lytte til dårlig dansk.
