Petr Wohlmuth, PhD, researcher and lecturer at the Dept. of Oral History and Contemporary History of the Faculty of Humanities at the Charles University, Prague, will visit Global Studies this February.

Peter Wohlmuth has a research focus on critical military history, based upon concepts of post-positivist oral history and historical anthropology. He focuses on exploring the experiences and memory of those who fought and served in wars, armed conflicts and armed forces. He also explores the contemporary phenomenon of military historical re-enactment, which will be the topic of a guest lecture presented at Global Studies on February 13 (location and hour to be determined shortly).

Petr will have his office at the 6^th floor of building 1461 during February.
