I am a postdoctoral researcher at the CHC working on the Golden Matrix project. I aquired my Ph.D. in Digital Humanities at the Georg-August-University Göttingen with a thesis about computational painter attribution in Attic vase paintings, specifically the epistemic value of feature space exploration. Generally, my research interests lie in the computational analysis of overarching visual phenomena, such as style or aesthetics, and on visual reference systems.
