Robophilosophy 2020 - Culturally Sustainable Social Robotics
After the pandemic: Are social robots the future of human social interactions? Social robotics it offers new possibilities to support essential social services (healthcare, eldercare), to communicate, work, and live in ”industry 4.0” and “society 5.0” without sharing physical space. Robophilosophy2020, the fourth event in the biennial Robophilosophy Conference series that integrates Humanities expertise into social robotics, investigates how we can ensure that social robotics applications are culturally sustainable. The conference is the first large-scale international conference hosted at AU online—it features over 70 talks with live plenaries, workshops, and discussion sessions on pre-recorded session talks.
